Understanding quotas, changing plan, and what happens when a quota runs out mid bulk action.

Why quotas?

Relisting and messaging go through Vinted, which limits how fast an account can move. Your plan's quotas are set against that: they tell you what you can do within the month without putting your account at risk. This page is where you see where you stand, and change plan if the ceiling comes too soon.

The two counters

They are shown in the account block of the sidebar — the Vintex Neo button right at the top, which you click to see them.

CounterWhat it counts down
RepostsEach item relisted from Items
Favourite messagesEach message sent to buyers, by hand or by the automation

Some features aren't a quota but an inclusion: the AI replies of Auto conversations and the per-item favourites cap of the Boost depend on the plan itself.

When the quota doesn't cover the whole selection

Vintex offers to do what fits

On a bulk action exceeding your remaining quota, a dialog states how many entries are covered and lets you continue with that number. Nothing goes out half-done: either you accept the reduced number, or you cancel.

Once the quota hits zero, the affected actions offer to change plan rather than failing without explanation. Automation cycles end writing "quota exhausted" into the Log.

How to do it

Subscription, right under the meters, opens the list of plans; payment happens at Stripe and brings you back to the dashboard. Changing plan and cancelling an already-active subscription go through the subscription portal (Manage subscription button) rather than the dashboard.
