Diese Übersetzung dient Ihrer Bequemlichkeit. Maßgeblich ist die französische Fassung dieses Dokuments.

1. Purpose, acceptance and definitions

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Vintex service, published by Erwann DANGUY (legal notice), referred to as "we".

Creating an account or using the extension constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Purchasing a subscription is governed by the terms of sale.

2. The service

Vintex helps a seller manage their wardrobe on Vinted. The extension acts from your browser, within the Vinted session you opened yourself: actions are performed with your own permissions, from your own device. What passes through our servers is set out in our privacy policy.

Some features rely on language models operated by third-party providers. For these:

3. Vintex account

You provide a valid email address and choose a password, and you alone are responsible for keeping it confidential. An account is personal: it may not be shared or transferred. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Tell us without delay at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Relationship with Vinted

4.1 — No connection with Vinted. Vintex is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, approved, sponsored or certified by Vinted UAB, Vinted Limited or any other company in the Vinted group. VINTED is a trade mark belonging to its owner; we refer to it solely to identify the platform the Service works with, and not to indicate the origin of our own services.

4.2 — Your Vinted account remains subject to Vinted's terms. Your use of your Vinted account, including through the Service, remains governed by Vinted's terms and conditions, rules and policies. It is your responsibility to read and comply with them. You alone are responsible for the actions carried out from your Vinted account, for the pace at which you carry them out, and for the content you publish there.

4.3 — No guarantee, and no liability arising from Vinted. Vinted is a third-party service we do not control. We do not guarantee the availability, compatibility or continued operation of the Service with Vinted: a change to its platform may at any time degrade or interrupt features. Nor are we responsible for any restriction, suspension or closure of your Vinted account, which is Vinted's sole decision.

5. Obligations, prohibited uses and suspension

You undertake to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. In particular, you may not:

In the event of a breach or manifestly fraudulent use, we may suspend or terminate your access. Except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise, we will tell you first and give you the opportunity to put matters right.

6. Your content

You remain the owner of the content you entrust to us: listings, descriptions, photographs, messages, settings.

For the sole duration necessary to provide the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence strictly limited to the technical operations required: hosting, storing, copying, displaying, transmitting to our processors and returning that content. It permits no other use, in particular no commercial or promotional use, and it ends when the content or your account is deleted.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided without a quantified availability commitment and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or security reasons. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. Where a change substantially and durably reduces what you have purchased, you may rely on the rights set out in the terms of sale.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, interfaces, texts, visual identity and the Vintex trade mark belong to us or are licensed to us. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of your access.

You may not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the extension, save within the limits mandatorily permitted by law.

9. Liability

We are answerable for damage resulting directly from a failure on our part.

We are not answerable for matters not attributable to us, in particular: decisions and changes made by Vinted (section 4), the consequences of using the Service contrary to these Terms or to Vinted's terms, the loss of content of which you kept no copy, and events of force majeure.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the rights you hold under the law as a consumer.

10. Personal data and changes to these Terms

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

We may amend these Terms. Any substantial change will be notified to you by reasonable means before it takes effect. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time you use the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute falls to the competent courts.
